How does a sewer system work?

For this assignment, I had to create three short books based on a given text using just words, just images, and words and images together. Of the three passages provided, I chose "How does a sewer system work?" The complexity of the passage posed as both a challenge and an opportunity. I ultimately designed three books in a diversity of styles to convey the same message of the text. They had to be designed in a 5x7 portrait format with 5 or 7 spreads.
