In her article, Newer discusses India's plan to import African cheetahs in an effort to reintroduce the majestic animal into the region after decades of illegal poaching practices.

For this assignment, I was tasked with exploring a text that resonates in the context of a book. Newer's article peaked my interest because of my love for cheetahs and National Geographic. It was both a challenge and joy turning her writing into a visually compelling work that amplifies her and National Geographic's mission.
